We are a whole-family practice designed to care for parents and children together. All applications must include both adults and children. While every application is reviewed thoughtfully, priority is given to larger family units with three or more applicants.

Due to the volume of applications we receive, we cannot guarantee acceptance or a specific timeline for acceptance, but please know we are carefully reviewing every submission.

Families Expecting a Baby
If your family is expecting a baby in 2026 and hopes to establish care with Jennings Health, we encourage you to apply well in advance of your due date.
Families Not Expecting a Baby
Jennings Health maintains a small, selective panel and onboards new families slowly and intentionally.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Families applying without an expected baby should anticipate a longer wait for consideration, and placement is not guaranteed.
