Stefanie Jennings, FNP-C, IFMCP

Stef is a wife, a mom of three, and a passionate proponent of integrative and functional medicine. Stef began her journey at Radford University, where she studied Biology and Nursing. She then dedicated seven years to working as a critical care nurse in neonatal and neuroscience specialty ICUs.

Stef's perspective on healthcare transformed when she prepared for the birth of her first child. Embracing a natural, physiologic birth led her to dive headfirst into the world of integrative medicine. Returning to the ICU after a beautiful home birth, Stef felt a disconnect that led her down a new path—integrative and functional medicine.

Stef furthered her education by earning a Master’s in Nursing from Drexel University while simultaneously pursuing certification with The Institute for Functional Medicine. This journey solidified her commitment to a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Joining an integrative and functional medicine practice post-graduation, Stef received invaluable mentorship and worked alongside experienced integrative practitioners. It was there that her love for pediatric and family care truly blossomed. She knew she was called to serve this community, and opened her own practice, Jennings Health, in 2024.
