Care & Services
Most healthcare is built around individuals. Jennings Health is built around families.
Families apply together and enroll together. Rather than caring for one child or one parent at a time, the practice is designed around the health of the household as a whole.
The choices families make every day influence everyone under the same roof. The food in the pantry, the pace of life, sleep habits, movement, stress, time outdoors, relationships, and approaches to healthcare all shape long-term health. Looking at one family member in isolation often misses an important part of the picture.
Caring for the whole family creates context. It allows healthcare decisions to be made with a better understanding of the people, habits, and circumstances that influence health every day. This model is designed for families who want a more thoughtful, prevention-focused approach to healthcare.
The newborn period comes with plenty of questions, and most parents know their baby deserves more than a rushed visit and a handout.
Whether you're navigating feeding, sleep, growth, digestion, development, or simply adjusting to life with a new baby, newborn care at Jennings Health is designed to provide the time, education, and support families need during those early months.
Care is grounded in both evidence and clinical experience, with an emphasis on prevention, informed decision-making, and partnering with parents as active participants in their child's health.

Pediatric Care
Childhood is about more than growth charts and annual checkups. Preventive care is the foundation of pediatric care at Jennings Health. Well visits focus on growth, development, nutrition, sleep, behavior, and the many factors that influence long-term health. The goal is not only to identify problems, but to help children build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.
When concerns arise, care extends beyond routine checkups. Whether you're navigating eczema, allergies, frequent illnesses, behavior concerns, digestive issues, developmental questions, or simply want a more thoughtful approach to your child's health, visits provide time for education, questions, and collaborative decision-making.

Adult Care
At Jennings Health, adult care is designed for parents. Because children's health is closely connected to the health of the adults caring for them, we only enroll adults whose children are also enrolled in the practice.
Preventive care remains the foundation, with a focus on nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and other factors that influence long-term health. Whether you're addressing a specific concern or simply looking to be more proactive about your health, visits provide time for meaningful conversations, education, and individualized guidance. The goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to better understand your health and make informed decisions for the years ahead.

Functional medicine
Most health concerns can be addressed through thoughtful primary care. Occasionally, a concern persists despite doing all the right things, or the story simply doesn't add up. For established patients facing more complex or chronic issues, Jennings Health offers Functional Medicine Deep-Dives. These visits allow time to step back, review the full picture, and explore factors that may not be addressed during a traditional medical evaluation.
Deep-dives may include an extensive review of medical history, lifestyle factors, previous testing, and, when appropriate, specialty laboratory testing. The goal is not to order more tests for the sake of testing, but to gather meaningful information that can guide next steps. Because these evaluations build on an existing primary care relationship, recommendations can be integrated into your overall care plan rather than existing as a separate consultation or one-time opinion.
Conditions We Commonly Address
While preventive care remains the foundation of the practice, families often seek support for concerns such as allergies, eczema, recurrent ear infections, frequent illnesses, constipation, digestive concerns, reflux, food sensitivities, picky eating, sleep challenges, behavioral concerns, attention and focus difficulties, headaches, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid concerns, fatigue, hormonal concerns, perimenopause, metabolic health, and other chronic symptoms that have not improved with conventional approaches alone.
This is not a complete list. If you're wondering whether Jennings Health may be a good fit for your family's needs, we'd be happy to review your application.
