Frequently Asked Questions
Jennings Health is a whole-family practice. We do not enroll children or adults individually — families must apply and establish care together.
We provide personalized, integrative care for parents and their children from birth through age 60. While all applications are reviewed thoughtfully, priority is given to larger family units, and capacity is limited.
Families interested in care are invited to complete our Family Application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or a timeline for onboarding. If your family is selected, we’ll reach out via text message to discuss next steps.
We love newborns at Jennings Health and are honored that you’re considering joining our practice. Families expecting a baby are encouraged to complete our Family Application (please be sure to include your baby’s due date) so we can determine alignment with our practice philosophy and availability.
Because newborn care requires advance planning, families should apply well in advance of the due date to be considered. If your family is selected, we’ll reach out via text message to discuss next steps.
Once your family has been accepted into the practice and we’ve received the Newborn Commitment Deposit, we’ll officially welcome your family to Jennings Health.
When you’re in labor, please text Jennings Health at 571-506-7265. We’ll connect with you as soon as possible to schedule your newborn visit. Regardless of where or with whom your baby was born, we prefer to see newborns in our office within the first eight days of life for their initial wellness exam.
We’re honored by the trust of families Stef has cared for in the past. However, Jennings Health is intentionally building a new, limited panel, and prior care at another practice does not guarantee priority enrollment.
All families — including those previously established with Stef — are asked to complete the Family Application and are reviewed using the same criteria, based on alignment with our whole-family, integrative care model and current capacity. If your family is selected, we’ll reach out via text to discuss next steps.
Jennings Health does not offer consultation-only care. We accept families who are ready to establish Jennings Health as their primary care home.
Our practice is built around long-term, whole-family relationships and ongoing partnership in care. For this reason, functional medicine services are available exclusively to established primary care patients who apply and enroll together as a family.
At Jennings Health we do not require adherence to a specific vaccine schedule. Our approach is to provide information, answer your questions, and support you in making decisions that are best for your family's health. Please note that due to our small patient panel and high cost of vaccines, we do not stock or administer vaccines at our practice.
Please visit https://www.jennings.health/post/respecting-your-choices-our-vaccine-policy-at-jennings-health for more insight into our vaccine philosophy.
Once Jennings Health has reviewed your Family Application and confirmed acceptance into the practice, we’ll reach out via text message to coordinate your family’s first appointments.
Jennings Health operates by appointment only, and office hours may vary week to week.

We encourage our patients to utilize fertility awareness methods for insight into hormones, fertility, and related gynecologic conditions. We use medicines when appropriate to manage disease, but not to override normal bodily functions.
